1. Introduction

FlipLens ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and web service (collectively, the "Service"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through our authentication service (Manus OAuth). This information is used to identify you and provide personalized features.

Photos and Images

When you use our furniture scanning feature, you upload photos of furniture items. These images are processed by our AI analysis system to provide valuations, condition assessments, and flip recommendations. Photos are stored securely and associated with your account.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Service, including device type, operating system, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data. This helps us improve the Service and provide a better user experience.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details. We only retain Stripe customer IDs and subscription status to manage your account.

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process furniture scans and deliver AI-powered valuations

4. AI Processing

FlipLens uses artificial intelligence to analyze furniture photos and provide valuations, condition assessments, restoration recommendations, and other insights. Your uploaded photos are sent to our AI processing services for analysis. The AI-generated results are estimates and should not be considered as professional appraisals. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated valuations or recommendations.
